Returns
In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. Via the contact page or email us at sales@potn.co.uk with your order reference number
- We do not accept returns on used products for unwanted goods, we accept returns for up to 14 days you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products, we then allow 14 days further for the products to be returned to us, your product will then be refunded once it has been inspected for any use or damages.
- V-Maxx Shop is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product, unless prior consent is given in writing. This includes Garage costs or mechanic fees
- Products must be returned at your cost and in re-sale able condition.
- Any return must be returned in full for example a spring kit, you would need to return the whole kit.
- This does not effect your statutory rights.
REFUND
When you have requested a refund the accounts team will process the refund within 48 Working hours, The refund will return to yourself the same way you have paid, as an example if you have paid by Paypal it will be returned to you through your Paypal account, If you paid by card it will be returned to that cards account.
The money returning to your account can vary depending on the payment method, Paypal is usually instant but do allow 24-48 hours.
If you paid through Card this takes 3-5 working days.

Cancellation Fee
All Cancellations without the receival of goods need to be notified by email.
Once received the team will cancel the order and process the refund.
Please note: On all cancelled orders because of the items no longer being wanted will incur a 25% cancellation charge.
This charge does not apply to cancellations when the items were:
- Unknowingly out of stock.
- Warranty refund.
This Charges does apply on cancellations:
- The items are no longer wanted.
- Ordered incorrectly and do not want the correct parts.
Re-stocking and re-packaging fee
- A ‘re-stocking’ charge of 25% will made to cover to the costs of administration and labour in ‘re-stocking’ of goods, we will remove this amount from the refund when it is processed. The ‘re-stocking’ fee is charged on everything other then POTN made an error.
- In addition to the administration charge there is also a ‘re-boxing’ charge of £10.00+VAT for products returned to us with a damaged box, this includes tape and labels straight onto the box, a simple way to avoid this is to protect the box with packaging or place itself in a shipping box.
